New Life Family Chiropractic was established in 2007 by Christina Petersen. The mission of their office is to empower people to make positive health choices that enhance their bodies innate intelligence and healing potential- to maximize quality and expression of life.
Dr. Christina Petersen is a 3rd generation chiropractor that has received care since the very 1st day of her life. Dr. Chrissy’s grandfather, Dr. Daniel McGaurn practiced in Nyack until he retired in 1998. Her father, Dr. Robert Petersen currently practices in West Nyack, NY. Growing up in a chiropractic family allowed Dr. Chrissy to live a healthy, drug-free lifestyle while giving her unique tools and perspectives to share with her current patients. Dr. Chrissy has extensive training in the Webster Technique, designed for pregnant women and is certified to work with children and infants through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Chrissy is a graduate of of St Thomas Aquinas College and Palmer College of Chiropractic.
